From a one-man engineering practice to an institution built to last — this is the MNIGS journey.
MNIGS began as the singular vision of its founder: a commitment to bringing world-class electrical engineering standards to Nigeria’s power sector. What started as hands-on fieldwork — audits, installations, and maintenance done right — grew, project by project, into a trusted name across the South East.
In October 2026, MNIGS took its next step: transitioning from a founder-led practice into a governed institution. A Board of Directors now provides oversight, with a Technical Director, a Head of People, Admin & Finance, and a Head of Commercials each leading dedicated functions — the systems and structure needed to scale without losing the standards-obsessed culture that built the brand.
That transition is the foundation for what comes next: a first-mover platform positioned to institutionalize a fragmented market, expand beyond the South East, and build MNIGS Academy to train the next generation of Nigerian electrical engineers.
